These Conditions of Use, including the Privacy and Cookie and any matter relating to the Vodka.RED web pages, shall be governed by Dutch law without regard to its conflict of law rules.
Any legal proceeding arising out or relating to these Conditions of Use that is against or relating to us or any indemnified party will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of The Netherlands and you hereby irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
